Bicker is a rewrite of an attempt to re-invent online conversation. Think of it (in its fully-realized sense) as a combination of e-mail, forums, bulletin boards, chat, blogs, comment threads, and document management systems.
Bicker is an open source project—licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License with progress documented on on John's blog —and focuses correspondants on interrupting each other's thoughts when only when it makes sense, thus lending a certain amount of structure to a conversation.
